I know this has been covered hundreds of times but i cant find the threads.
What can I use to help me 'Go' I have gone today after my toast binge yesterday but want to start taking something now so I don't get blocked up.
If I'm reading this right, you're okay at the moment, but want to know what you can do to make sure you keep going?

You can add Fibre89 to your shakes (not sure how heavy that'd be for your Mum to put in the post - I've never bought any from my CDC).

Or you can get yourself some Fybogel - the plain variety (not the orange flavoured one because of the citric acid).

Or you can take yourself off to a health food shop and invest in some psyllium husks (you can add them to your shakes). They also do psyllium in capsule form.

Or, as someone else has suggested, you can take Movicol when required.
