I don't believe that making you poop a lot is how it works but agree with Tesam2931 that eating more fruit and veg than you are used to eating certainly makes you more 'regular' than you may have previously been.
Ok, if that's your problem............ green used to do that to me. You need to ensure you are drinking loads of water, otherwise you will be dehydrated and you can't lose weight if you are dehydrated.
