Is there anything i can take for it?
Cought it off my partner, who has been taking anti biotics for it. I'm not on anything at the moment, just lots of water & lots of sleep!! So painful

oh dear, hope your not suffering too much! I am not sure what you can take sorry hun, think though for it to fully clear up has to be anti b's!!

Gargle with dissolvable paracetamol that gets straight to the pain make sure you swallow too lol.

I would go to the doctors you may need antibiotics, especially If you have white bits on them.
