Hi peeps. I was just wondering if you weight loss slowed down during the TOMTM. from Friday I havnt had a loss. I lost 12lb by friday morning and now silch. Do you think thats the reason?x

I always find that TOTM weight loss isn't as good...just be happy if nothing creeps on on previous diets I'd always gain about 4lbs ...but have found with this I don't lose the big numbers but I still lose x

It definately affects the loss!!! But look at your loss across the week hun!!! Its the only downside of weighing everday!!!! x

Thanks girls. Im hoping that from next week it picks up a little. Ill be happy for a 5lb loss by the end of next week. Fingers crossed.
