Last time i did CD, i used to have alot of cravings around TOTM, but not as much, as my usual choclate cravings were dealt with by living off Choc mint shakes for all of SS.
However, i have found that every time i have tried to restart, i have always succeeded when it was TOTM or the week before, i dont know why but i never felt hungry or had any cravings. I am hoping this wil be the case when i have TOTM when SSing this time round.
I think the best thing to do is make sure you have all your water and find things to keep your self busy if you get any cravings.
