Boy oh boy Im hitting a wall, but winning.
5th day, copper taste in my mouth.
Went to the Lowry today, everywhere you look is food. All I can think about is curry. But I have not let a morsel touch my lips for 5 days, and ive told as many people as possible I am on this diet, so I have more impetus to succeed. But it is tough, when your enjoyment in life is having a great family and a lovely meal together. But you have to concentrate on your health and the full picture and that keeps me going. Keep it up friends and I will too. tc David

    Know How You Feel!

I too had that strange taste in mouth. Tasted like I brushed my teeth too hard and had bleeding gums.

Even checked in the mirror to see if I had!

    I hadn't lol:)

    Do I Want To Eat?

I've found on the Lipotrim programme that I miss the sensation of putting food into my mouth.

Tell myself that I'm not hungry just a mind thing.

    Copper Taste

End of the day stuck with my programme and mouth is tasting like copper. Stomach feels as if its being sucked in but not hungry. Think my body is getting used to not being overloaded!!

    Hey David,

A great reminder of what I bet we all go through at many points on our journey.. I find when i'm near temptation i remind myself of all the reason why im doing it.. I wanna be able to go bungee jumping without the thought of the rope stretching too much :) or to go sit on a plane and not have ppl look at you.. and see all there faces saying please dont be sitting next to me.. soooo many reasons.. and i guess most important is health and being around long enough to enjoy more moments with family and friends with or without food...
