Trapped wind

Hi Sonya,

Try looking at your food diary (if you keep one) on the days you suffer. There may be a particular food which is bothering you.

I used to have terrible digestive problems, until I realised it was always after eating quorn and/or mushrooms. The food diary finally helped me realise what was causing me probs.


I suffer the same feeling after eating potatoes, feel really bloated and in soooo much pain. I agree with KenandJu5 about keeping a food diary, it will help identify your trigger foods. xx
