Hey Treats thanks for your kind words. I'm just waiting for my brother to pick me up and take me to the airport. I've at least started the day healthy with an apple, banana and yogurts.

Yes Miss... I know your right.. so made some soup....
Courgettes.. onion... tomatoes.. potatoes.. I did use a cube but also lots of herbs and some tomato puree...
I was good and had two bowls...
I am still in that bad habit of weighing every morning but I only ever believe the weight on a Monday which is my WI day. Is anyone else like me... that half way through the week you haven't lost anything but put on then on the day you have lost about 2 or 3 lb? :8855: just hope that it stays that way... that is why I only listen to my head on Mondays... yes I know daft.
Geesh still so darn cold... have 4 layers on already and arctic socks.... wonder if it is systemic?
oh.. I sound like a right old moaner don't I... we have heating but hubs says not having it on till evening!
I have a little heater on in my office/craft room... but I am feeling the cold so much.
Well had another bowl of soup and that is the soup gone...and some fruit and yog... really gone off yogs lately.. maybe cause that was all I had really when ill in bed .. well that and bananas!
I know I should have something for dinner just don't know what to do..maybe a frittttttattta...that is easy isn't it...

I have had a tin of spaghetti and it is already... 6.15 pm here.
Have had a misunderstanding with daughter and has really really upset me. Sat down for my dinner last night and then had to go be sick...I get myself so worked up.
I had two soya burger things... small omelette and some wedges.. didn't eat much of it.
Not sure what to have for dinner. I am going to make my husband some spicy burgers...

Mrs Edz... ours was lovely... I don't have the fresh corri here so use the powder and chili and it is lovely!
Didn't have the spaghetti in the end... just rice and some rogan... very little chicken.
Had lots of fruit today again... hooked on grapefruit!

Going to try and eat more this week... lost 2lb so can't complain! Really thought I would have sts this week with my terrible eating habit!
Lets see if I can drag it back to normal... thank goodness for grapefruits!!

Going to finish making my Christmas cards today and get them in the post this week. Running late this year as been doing so many orders!

Hey Treats why don't you try calling your daughter.You know how stroppy we girls can be. Well had a great time in Reading but unfortunately I ate for England. As they say though tomorrow is another day. Looking forward to eating healthy food again.

You sound really low at the moment, so hope that you are ok.
Have you spoken with your Daughter yet? These things always happen when you could do with out it....perhaps your Daughter is missing you too.
