Hi Guys,

Hopefully not but is there any syns in Trident Soft Chewing Gum? I only chew and don't swallow it! :giggle: I just want to make sure x

Depends what gum it is,

Wrigleys Extra is 0.5 for 4 pellets
airwaves is 0.5 for 5 pellets
extra fusion is 1.5 for a 22g pack
doublemint/juicy fruit is 0.5 for 1 stick
orbit professional is 0.5 for 5
orbit complete is 0.5 for 2, the list goes on...

Everytime I have trident gum I don't get off the loo so find its great when constipated, well worth the syns lol.
