I've been calorie counting for quite a few weeks now and i'm fed up of it! Haven't had very good results, confused about how much to eat, and bored of weighing everything!
Also calorie counting allows me to eat takeaways, white bread, crisps and other junk food so i've come to the conclusion that SW is much better for you!
Just got to buy some nimble bread, ff yoghurts, fruit etc and i'm away! I've been experimenting with different diets to see what works best for me and SW still wins, still aiming for a stone off by xmas
