Tried calorie counting, coming back to SW :)

I've been calorie counting for quite a few weeks now and i'm fed up of it! Haven't had very good results, confused about how much to eat, and bored of weighing everything!

Also calorie counting allows me to eat takeaways, white bread, crisps and other junk food so i've come to the conclusion that SW is much better for you!

Just got to buy some nimble bread, ff yoghurts, fruit etc and i'm away! I've been experimenting with different diets to see what works best for me and SW still wins, still aiming for a stone off by xmas :)

Good luck with the stone off. I tried calorie counting and it just got silly trying to work out the calories in a pork chop - couldn't be bothered!

Totally agree! Having to weigh chicken breasts this evening and pick the smallest one, with half a pack of couscous just to stay within my calories was the last straw! :eek:

Ditch the scales! (Well, except for HEAs, HEBs and syns) :D

I've just had two mahoosive burgers with red onion and tomato in a wholemeal roll, served with butternut squash "chips" and didn't have to weigh a single thing

Was bloody lovely too!

Yummy! Sounds way better than my dinner! I used to love a baked sweet potato with cottage cheese on green days :D
