Tried it on my own, now back to class!!

For the past couple of years I have tried SW on here without going to class, and although I have not failed completely I have lost 9lbs I want to lose at least 2 stone more.
So I am taking advantage of the free joining fee in the Sunday People today and I am joining class tomorrow night.

I really hope this will give me the kick I need to lose this weight.

We will see, if anyone can offer support or help at anytime that be great.

So i went to my first class tonight and had a great time.
The group was really welcoming to me and my friend.
We laughed for nearly a whole hour which i really did not expect.

I have all my books and went shopping tonight to ensure i have everything to lose weight this week.
I vowed to lose 2lbs so here goes.

My consultant said it is okay to save syns for a weekend flexi day, so i have worked out 45 should be plenty for a few drinks on Saturday.

That means i can have 8 a day, but after planning for tomorrow not sure i will need them, but i am sure i can sneak a few in somewhere.

Tuesday - EE - Day One

Breakfast - Poached Egg, Bacon fat removed, Mushrooms and Grilled Tomato

Lunch - Egyptian Red Lentil Soup, (this is leftover Egyptian Red Lentil Curry added to Vegetable and Potato Soup) was just a trial but tastes actually amazing.

Dinner - Homemade Burgers, Jacket Potato and Salad

Snacks - Satsuma, Plum, Banana and Spicy Tomato Mugshot.
