Trifle sponges & mini meringues

Can someone please tell me the syns for standard trifle sponges, and plain mini meringues.(both tesco)

use the 20cals = 1 syn rule

I was going too which works out at 3.5 for the sponges and 1 for the meringues, but i noticed someone said 1 syn for the trifle sponges on an old thread, so wanted to check but they cant be at 70 cals each x

I just did a search on here and see what you mean about the 1 syn ones, maybe they're finger ones? some other posts say 4 so I'd go with what you worked out

oh yes could be the fingers! thank you thought it was too good to be true at 1 syn each lol x
