I will keep track one way or another! This is where I seem to fail every time, by not logging things properly.
Week 1, Day 1:
Not bad going for today. Couldn't find a syn value for the milk online, so doubled the value for skimmed milk, either way I'm well within syns budget.
Week 1, Day 1:
- Breakfast: None (I know I should, but I'm just not a morning person!)
- Lunch: 4 Original Ryvita, Cottage Cheese, Cucumber, Carrot Sticks, Cappuccino Mullerlight,
- Dinner: Chicken, Onions, Mushrooms, Leeks, Chopped Tomatoes, Potatoes, 30g Cheddar, Turkish Delight Mullerlight
- Snacks: 3tsp Wispa Hot Chocolate (1 syn per tsp), Splash of semi-skimmed milk (2 syns?)
