I will keep track one way or another! This is where I seem to fail every time, by not logging things properly.

Week 1, Day 1:



  • Breakfast: None (I know I should, but I'm just not a morning person!)
  • Lunch: 4 Original Ryvita, Cottage Cheese, Cucumber, Carrot Sticks, Cappuccino Mullerlight,
  • Dinner: Chicken, Onions, Mushrooms, Leeks, Chopped Tomatoes, Potatoes, 30g Cheddar, Turkish Delight Mullerlight
  • Snacks: 3tsp Wispa Hot Chocolate (1 syn per tsp), Splash of semi-skimmed milk (2 syns?)

Not bad going for today. Couldn't find a syn value for the milk online, so doubled the value for skimmed milk, either way I'm well within syns budget.
 
Week 1, Day 2:


  • Breakfast: 35g Bran Flakes, 250ml Semi Skimmed Milk
  • Lunch: Chicken, Potatoes, Cabbage, Carrot, Onions, Fat Free Natural Yogurt, 1 tbsp Extra-Light Mayo (1 Syn)
  • Dinner: Spring Onions, Leeks, Butternut Squash, Arborio Rice, Vegetable Stock
  • Snacks: Muller Light Toffee Yogurt

Loved my chicken and chips with coleslaw at lunchtime, was nice to be able to have food I love, but not worry about calories or fat!
 
Week 1, Day 3:


  • Breakfast: Frittata: Mushrooms, Potatoes, Peppers, Eggs
  • Lunch: Tuna Sandwich: 2x Wholemeal Bread from 400g loaf, Tuna, Fat Free Natural Yogurt, 1 tbsp Extra Light Mayo (1 syn), Lettuce, Cucumber
  • Dinner: Spaghetti Bolognese: Extra Lean Mince Beef, Onions, Mushrooms, Peppers, Carrots, Chopped Tomatoes, Passata, Spaghetti, 30g Cheddar Cheese
  • Snacks: None
 
Forgot to update yesterday.
Week 1, Day 4:


  • Breakfast: None
  • Lunch: 4x Ryvita Crispbread Original, Ham, Cucumber, Coleslaw: Cabbage, Onions, Carrots, 1 tbsp Extra Light Mayo (1 syn), Fat Free Natural Yogurt
  • Dinner: Spaghetti Bolognese: Extra Lean Mince Beef, Onions, Mushrooms, Peppers, Carrots, Chopped Tomatoes, Passata, Spaghetti, 30g Cheddar Cheese
  • Snacks: None
