Breakfast: 2 weetabix, 250ml semi-skimmed milk and a banana
Lunch: pasta, salad, ham, 4 tea spoons lighter than light mayo
Dinner: chilli, rice, 30g cheese
Snacks: Grapes, half a curly whirly.
Total syns: 6.5 :D

Saturday:
Breakfast: 2 weetabix, 250ml semi-skimmed milk
Lunch: chicken Katsu curry (wagamamas)
Dinner: scrambled egg on toast, 1tbs tomato ketchup
Snacks: 3 polo mints, 2 veggie Collin the caterpillar sweets
Total syns: 33 :(
