This info is per 100g, each bar is 27g.

Energy: 342 cal
Protein: 4.5g
Carbohydrates: 69.6g
Fat: 2.7g
Fibre: 3.8g

For anything that doesn't have a free food allowance, you can just work it out yourself using the 1 syn per 20 calories guideline.

A bar is just over 90 cals (if I've got my maths right, lol) so 4.5 syns
