    Hi all, only just got round to posting on here, but wanted to share that I had my first weigh in last night and I lost 9lbs after my first week on CD! Really thrilled and motivated to carry on! X

    Great stuff, how did you get on at your first meeting? Were you surprised at your weight? I was but it only motivated me more to get on with CD! Im doing well this week too, it just becomes a part of life, but I do still miss food! Lol! It'd be great to hear how you get on x

    Stick at it, I miss food as I'm sure we all do but I do not miss bursting out of my clothes or feeling out of control.

    We can do this ladies, it's just a diet, a few weeks out of our lives to feel and look fab, its got to be worth it!!
