Tuna in brine on ss+?

Guys, does the tunahave to be in brine or water on ss+

Can't face another pack so was gonna have tuna but all we got is in brine and I've lost my book

needs to be in water. brine is saltwater and salt makes you retain water... lower losses.

also - you must make sure you have minimum three packs a day, even if you are having tuna. the nutritional fortification of the packs is the only thing that makes it safe to do a VLCD... and if you skip a pack, you won't be getting that.

Thanks chick, I had 3 packs yest, I've missed 4 packs in a week. I just don't fancy em!
