I'm sure I read somewhere that we are allowed goat sausages!!!!

I have a fancy for sausages today and was going to try making some.

I suppose goat is leaner than lamb?

That chicken recipe looks straightforward if you have the kit, might try their spice combo with turkey mince which is cheap atm.

Oh, I've just seen this. I've had goat before and although it's lovely and not as fatty as lamb, it is still quite bad.

Not on the original list either.

(unless you can get a lean cut less than 5%. I have pork steaks now and again - 4% - and pork isn't on the list for cruise either although I can officially have it again now that I'm on conso).
