turning to WW to lose the last stone

well ladies, i made a big decision after another week of struggling, and that is to move to following a Weight Watchers plan to lose the last of my weight. LT has given me a real boost, but i've been struggling to control hunger this week, in an environmet where i'm always cooking or watching people eat... its just extremely hard, and i think now i'm focused enough to begin a healthy eating plan that will stay with me a long time, to my goal weight and beyond.
Also cost is a factor, as i'm on a horribly tight budget right now :(

Sounds like it's the best decision for you, if you're struggling with it this diet is very difficult - good luck with Weight Watchers! You've done incredibly well so far, so you've set yourself in good stead!

Good luck with weight watchers but don't forget to refeed properly first so you wont have a gain and be disheartend:)

Well, you have done very well on LT. You know what will suit you best. As you say, you feel strong enough to manage WW and it will teach you the right habits for a lifetime of weight management. All the very best for your last stone.

thanks everyone, i feel very encouraged and motivated to keep going. i know and understandi may have a temporary weight gain but i'm not daunted.... i'm too excited about my new jeans! hehe

Sounds like a plan and a good one too. I am sure that you will do fabulous on WW and enjoy the food :D just not too much of it lol
