Two bowls of cereal a day key to loosing weight.

Ack. I hate these sorts of research. There is just too many variables. I reckon those who had different types of cereal were more inclined to keep calories lower as they were having some variety in their diet, but there could be many other reasons why they appeared to lose more weight.

Agreed KD, and the sample base was way to small.
