Hey chicken isn't all that bad! I have 200 g of it and I'm on SS + 200 kcal.

Depends what sort it was though I guess xxx
 
That won't do you any harm at all - just think of it as SS+ and have some green veg with it!
 
My CDC said that if you can't avoid eating then eat something low carb such as something off the SS+ food list which includes chicken. I guess if you did SS plus a bit of plain chicken every day the you would still lose loads. Don't see is as a failure.
