Put 2lb on after a heavy session of Friday, Saturday and Sunday.  Off drink until Halloween weekend now as I've had the social callender from hell/heaven.  Just the 4 dayer to Liverpool to go and if I can get to November at the same weight I started October I'll be over the moon.  I'm then going back on TFR for another blast before Christmas to reach my goal.
