I've been doing OK since coming off TFR but now October is upon me. I've a meal booked tomorrow for work, then a works do on Friday, then a Christening Sunday, my 30th Wednesday, Ireland match on Friday then a party in a Friends on Saturday followed by another Christening the next day. Add to this I've my Nephew's 21st party, Cousins 18th party, the Merseyside Derby and 4 days in Liverpool over Halloween weekend for a lad's weekend.

If I can get to November without putting anything on then that leaves me a straight run to Christmas to shift the last 2st. I may even do TFR for another month to get me rolling.

I'll keep you updated on my antics !!
