Step 1 Sole Source Uneractive thyriod

Hiya
I'm on step 2 with underactive thyroid. Lost 4lb first week bit gutted !
Was 10.10 Pre baby lost weight after but when he was 2montha old thyroid problem started and went up to 14.2. Lost 2st may- July with Camb diet stage 2 but medication was reduced top much and put half stone bac on while on diet (gutted!!)
Took ages to get right dose, 125, was 13.4 when started 8 days ago and now 12.11 - 13. Depending on scales.
Hoping to lose more next week !

Hi there roxy keep at it I have lst a stone in 2 weeks (really can't believe it) as I ave tried almost very other diet goin lol im doin sole source at min and feelin really focused but have lots of things comin up so I No I can't resist my gin and tonic etc so I will prob b back to square 1
