    Hi Hun I do a mix of ss and ss+ and I'm trying to get good varied meals!
    At the moment I love prawns and red cabbage, I also have scrambled eggs boiled eggs, cottage cheese and chicken, I sometimes have half the allowance of two things and then two table spoons of the allowed veg or salad. Can't make omlettes!
