Up and down like a yoyo

    Does anyone else feel like this? One day I'm on plan, it's not an issue and I feel great. The next I feel like it's taking to long, I get all annoyed about being on a diet and eat 2 creme eggs!!!

    Why can't I just be "in the zone" all the time!

    Thanks for listening to me moan ;)

    I am like this but in the sense all day i'm on plan but then on an evening I want to eat, eat, eat!

    It sounds like you are still in 'diet' mode - that you feel you have to eat less food and cannot have what you want to eat. The fact is that you can have a creme egg every day if you want to! Make sure you are making the most of your free and superfree foods, have your HEs and let yourself have some treats whether that is a creme egg or something completely different.

    Thanks for your replies. I'm a serial dieter so have a lot of bad habits/thought processes to break! I lost 5 stone after having my son but I didn't stick to the same diet the whole time. I put it all back on when pregnant with my daughter and still have 3 to lose. I just want it off off off!!!! But then you'd think that would make me stick to plan 100% all of the time.

    I sound like a right nutter now!!!!! :)

    I know how you feel and my losses below prove it.
    Before Christmas I lost a stone and I have managed to keep it off but since Xmas I have lost then STS then gained. Just need a good kick up the bum to get me back on plan.

    Fresh start today and the OH is joining me so hopefully it will be easier to stick to plan!
