    is 380g the average amount?

    im going to the chinese state circus in a bit and i bet they have chinese there that i wont be able to resist! im having pasta now though just in case lol.

    im on a green day btw, my SW book (2006) says chicken chow main is 11.5 syns :0

    maybe i should over compinsate on the syns, ive not had any today but im worried of it being tooo much as i have weigh in tomorrow morning, scary!
