That's all I lost in week 2 but I know week 3 is going to be better, do not give up! You're losing weight, isn't that why you started? 1lb a week is still 52 a year - if you were 52lbs lighter in a years time (if u even have that much to lose!) wouldn't you be happy. You lost! Well done! Now keep going!!
Don't give up, like the others have said, i'm the worst for giving up when the numbers don't move fast enough but keep at it, it's not like you're on a restrictive diet where it feels like you've starved for nothing, you get to eat yummy food and lose weight!
Stick with it, put the carbs down and don't forget to measure!
