Using my syns

Hello peeps iam new to this slimming world diet and iam not sure on something.. At the momment iam having to walk to and from school and nursery as some nice person wrote my car off and my partner needs his for work :rolleyes: so iam having to walk it is just short of 8 miles a day would you stick to 70 syns a week or would you say i should be having 15 a day...:D

I would probably see how you go after a week or two of sticking to 10 a day. If you dont lose, or you are not losing at your usual rate, might be worth putting it up to 15 and seeing if that kick starts it - but if its not broke, dont fix it.

I agree, i normally have my sins, buy im trying having a hardly any syn week this week to see if that makes any difference. Ive only had 7syns all week.

One of the girls at my class doesnt have any syns at all or hardly EVER.

And then some people swear 15 a day! its all what works for you! x

i nearly always have my syns (15 a day) then as i get nearer my target i can cut back to 10 to help the final weight loss think if i cut right down now got nothing to cut back on later if that makes sense :)
