So guys christmas came and went just like the December challenge!! I love having short term goals so no better time to start than now when it's exactly a month until valentines day right??
Doesn't matter if you want to lose 14lbs or 2 or just maintain your weight- feel free to join in- remember you want to update after each WI. Just don't forget to copy/paste the list, A VERY USEFUL TIP FROM SPANGLES
Find the latest post with a list in it (this is important - if you use an earlier one, you'll be setting back people's progress, which is pretty upsetting) - then you can either copy and paste the list, or quote the post by pressing the quote button on the bottom right of the post (on my iphone, there's a 'V' button on the top right of each post that takes you to the quote option). If you quote, you need to remove the 'quote' tags inside the square brackets at the beginning and end.
