VANILLA SUGAR SYNS??

Hi does anyone know the syn value of vanilla sugar ?? fancy putting a spoonful on my natural yoghurt.

There's no record on SW of it? Is it just like normal sugar? If so try dividing the calories by 20 to get a syn value. This only works on chocolate, sugar and things with no free value.

Vanilla is free so it'll be the same syn value as a teaspoon of sugar which is 1 syn per level tsp.
