VEGE FLAVOUR WATER MIX???

Hi..
i have just got a tub of the water mix in vege flav..just want to know if its ok to mix pepper in it and also how many are you allowed a day..its really nice to look forward to it at night when the kids are in bed and its just you and whichever channel you want without mickey mouse clubhouse!!

I have at least one of these a day, I really like them. I put in black pepper (as much as you want), herbs and curry powder, to give it a bit of a kick.

My CDC says I'm the only one of her ladies who has this - don't know why!
