Green Day Vermicelli

Hi. I have bought some vermicelli and have no idea what to do with it. I looked on the Internet and found only soup recipes, and all with tomato (I hate tomato soup!).

Does anyone have any ideas what I can make with it? Preferably not soup please.

These noodles are used for Chinese dishes such as Singapore Fried Noodles which are like my favourite if you google noodle recipes or Chinese you will find loads (and not a tomato in sight!) xx
