Very active job

Hi everyone,

Does anyone else here have a very busy job where they don't really stop for the whole time theyre at work??
Also is anyone working in a stressful job? How do u manage on cd

If your very active you need to be on minimum step 2 x

Yep I'm on ss+, don't think I'd survive on just SS not initially anyway

I have to do a lot of moving around and rushing to and from meetings all day some of which are a further walk away than others. I find if I drink plenty of water I feel fine.
