i have my grandaughter most weekends and we go to the beech alot, she loves toclimb the rocks but i get out of breath and myknees hurt so hope the weight loss helps with that

cant wait haha just had a call from my cousin in accrington, we are meeting up in may we were both a size 22/22 when we last met, shes been doing WW ( but keeps cheating) she says she couldnt do this diet, so she may change her mind when she sees how well im doing and i always go off the rails normally on diets hahax
