VICKY !! marinating

I've got loadsa (of the "French" stuff...). It's probably a question of taste in different countries as the raz el hanout is a mixture of spices.

French Chinese food is totally different to English Chinese food too! (And, in Hong Kong, I saw nothing I recognised from either country!!)
 
ive been back to asda and bought some curry powder so later on i will be marinating mmmmmmmmm !!

at the weekend, I chopped some fresh ginger, some fresh garlic, and with my hands worked that onto some cubed meat... then poured a little light soy sauce over... left for the day, and dry fried...

LOVELY!
I do this maranade too Jo its one of my fav ones but I also add a tablespoon of oyster sauce mmmmmmm
