Hello, Now you have probably heard from me before when I've been on and off CD more times than enough but I really dont think it helps when I keep thinking how many times ive failed so tomorrow is a fresh start! No mention of previous attempts.

Let me tell you about myself, Im 20yrs old im gonna hop on the scales now! One second....21.9lbs omg I dont know how I got this big, im ashamed. One thing I guess is that my heaviest before I found CD the first time I was 22.0lbs so Ive kept 5lbs off anyway which is a good start. I get married on June 7th 2008 so only 7 months to go OMG!! I want to lose 8 stone in 7 months and I know I can do it if i stay focussed and with your support too. I dont want to waddle down the aisle I want to glliiiiiddddeee hahaha. Im nuts as youve probably noticed.

Im going to keep a diary as its something Ive never done properly before, So you will be able to keep track of my progress hopefully! Keep positive!
Ive ordered a kenwood hot and cold frothy maker which should come Friday and ive heard their great so thatl be fun!:p

Thats all for now, come again! xxxx

    Hi There,

One day at a time is the best advice I was ever given, do not look at the whole picture cos it's daunting. Always just be thinking, 'It's only 1 day of packs' You'll do it we'll all be here to cheer you on.

    Good luck.

    Hi VJ.

If you are 100% committed, then you can loose the weight you want...you have to be strong. I lost 4.5 stone in 6 months when I got married and I was still quite big, but felt wonderful!!!

I have in total 10.5 stone to loose, but it depresses me to look at the whole number....instead I look at 7lbs a time. I have been doing CD for 5 weeks and have nearly lost 2 stone. If I can do this, then you can!

Come on drink that water and eat those shakes and soups!!!
Just remember everyone is looking at you on the day of the wedding!
