Ok advice needed on a vlcd and exercise? It was always told to me that the more exercise done the more calories burnt the higher the weight loss.... but I've read online a few times when it comes to vlcd that's not the case?
I've got an event in 10 weeks and want to loose as much as I can for that, was originally going to do the 30 day shred with exante... but now I'm not sure sure?!
Can anyone please give me some advice/experiences you have had with exercise and a vlcd. Did it stop your weight loss? Did you stop loosing wieght but your body change? Any help much appreciated!!
