It's my first day on Slimming World today, and in an effort to keep on the straight and narrow I'm going to keep a food diary
. It's my first SW class on Wednesday, so I've no idea whether I've got the idea of the HexA and HexB thing, but here goes:
Monday 23rd Nov (Day 1)

2 x Alpen Light (HeB)

Pasta with courgettes, onions and green beans and 4 Laughing Cow Extra Light (HeA)

Quorn chilli and spicy potato wedges
Muller Light

Oatso simple (6.5) plus ss milk (HeA?)
