Wagon falling off and crashing in to a wall!

    I went slightly off plan over the last week:rolleyes:....well...if "off plan" was a car I would have crashed multiple times :sigh:- but I'm going to own up to it and get right back on plan - I was enjoying it and I gave myself a treat night:)...which extended:(...and extended:eek:...no more poo poo excuses!

    I'm back and as off tomorrow I will be vlogging EVERYTHING I do!

    Ever fallen of the wagon in a big way?

    Oh I think everyone has fallen off and taken their time to get back on!

    I'm getting back on at the moment. I think I've hit that time where I ened to go back to group. Online just isn't enough for me.

    I fell off the wagon and came back 5 stone heavier...beat that ;). Getting my life in order now though!!! Good luck! Do you have a link to your vlogs? I'd love to have a nosy xx

    I think some people are too hard on themselves about weight loss sometimes. Nobody's perfect and no one would ever expect themselves to be 100% at work or in their home lives 100% of the time. So why expect it with weight loss.

    Do try to take something from it though, was there anything you could learn for next time to minimise it to one day or one meal off plan?

    You're not perfect. Of course you're going to fall off occasionally. Do NOT feel bad about it. That leads to guilt which leads to more wagon crashing. Instead, remind yourself why you are doing this. Start again, remember how motivated your felt when you first started, how teflon coated your willpower was, how no one was going to stop you losing weight, & hold on to that. Much better than holding on to guilt & remembering how bad you felt after being off plan.

    In 9 months on SW i've had 2 of these off plan for a few weeks occasions & positive thinking has got me back on the SW wagon far quicker than feeling guilty.

    Oh - & just to add. I see from your diary its your 1st week - so be realistic about it. Are you mentally ready for this? Most people who are don't fall off in the first week. There's no shame in recognising you're aren't ready for it,

    I think I'm ready now - I think my subconious side needed to rebel to see if it would want to go back on plan afterwards, and it does! :)

    Will be fully back on plan tomorrow! :D

    I love your vlog the pac man bit reminded me of you the way i get back on waggon is writing down the reasons why your losing weight and what you can do to overcome the things that stop you fron losing weight x
