waiting for a slap in the face

That's good. you've got off to a really good start. I've found the first few days were the worst. I wouldn't sit around waiting for a slap in the face hun.. Just be proud of what your doing and keep doing it.

Hi Vickyg, welcome to the lipotrim forum. Well done on taking that first step to the new you! Just take it one day at a time and keep drinking lots of water which will definetely suppress the hunger pangs. Good luck on your weight loss journey and keep us all posted of your progress! :)

hi fellow LT'ers well i'm on day 4 on the tfr diet and as of yet i haven't felt hungry or craved anything and i'm just wondering has anyone else been like this and when will the hunger sneak up on me and slap me in the face:confused:

I was the same. No hunger pains, no sore head, no feeling ill or drowsy. I'll be 4 weeks on Monday so I reckon I've passed any chances of it now.

Everyone has a different journey. You may be lucky and have no ill effects at all. Keep up the water intake. I am a firm believer that it is a great help in avoiding a lot of the side effects of TFR. Other than being bunged up from time to time, I had no problems on TFR. From time to time, I got plain bored with the shakes but that passed too.
Keep up your great effort.

Keep going sounds like you've got it under control. I believe a lot of it is in your head. First week was definately the hardest, especially doing food shop for kids, but you've conquered that. Must be nice to be doing this with your husband. Well done and good luck with your first weigh in.
