walking advice

    Hi all

    I'm currently training to do the london marathon walk on 1st october and have been doing some intense training but have noticed the heel and back of my right foot hurts after long walking stints. Does anyone know why this is and what I can do to stop it?

    Probably over pronation, get some orthotic insoles that support the arches

    Schol do an insert you can put in most foot wear (not sandals!!).. I think they're called comfy feet.. They made all the difference to me when I had a similar problem.
