My husband is away on business until late tonight and I have to get the girls tea ready, I've just had a choc tetra and some black tea and i do actually feel full but i really want to EAT! The greedy cow has returned:-(

Yeah just totally distract urself! I was ok with mines tea, just fancied it... But not as much as I want weight loss cravings only last for 20mins apparently... Brush ur teeth or chew gum
