I am just introducing myself and saying Hi. A bit nervous.
So I want to lose around half my body weight. Sadly at the moment I can not exercise much due to surgery which will see shifting slowly about but I have heard you can lose weight through diet alone. So I have begun my journey. I am using my fitness pal to log a food diary and it is calorie controlled. I lost 4.4lb this week. I suffer from depression so I was comfort eating all the time. Stopped that now but still depressed. Hopefully losing the weight will help. I heard at the beginning you should lose more so when I read a loss of 4.4lb I started crying thinking it was not enough. So I am hoping for a loss this week, Sunday is weigh in day. Fingers crossed for a loss of anything at this moment
