Wanting to eat

    Argh! I'm hanging on by my fingertips tonight. I knew we were having a house full of people tonight for bonfire shenanigans and so rather than explain why I wasn't joining them for dinner I decided to have my shake that I normally have about half seven/eight at five and I am now feeling deprived and totally occupied by thinking about a) what's in the fridge, b) how bad it would be to have another CD bar!

    Gaaaah. It's too early to go to bed yet. I know it's because I'm bored and fed up with the pounding house music that is blaring round the entire house but how do I get the feeling to go away? :wave_cry:

    Me too! I've been drinking loads more and just tried hot water with water flavourings which has helped! I'm concentrating on thinking... a) how bad my stomach etc will hurt if I have another cd bar and b) how rubbish you feel once you've eaten and how it isn't worth it...
