    Warburton rolls are 7 syns each, no wonder i was putting the weight on so quick, i love my sandwiches and bread.

    Yeah the hovis nimble is ok but sometimes i just feel like a warburton Buttie.:cry:

    is that for white ?

    Can't you get wholemeal ones and use your HexB and then syn the rest ?

    i dont really understand the HexB yet, only joined 2 weeks ago.

    You are allowed 57g of wholemeal bread or roll as a healthy extra 'B' choice. Depending on which plan you are following you can have 1 'B' choice (on extra easy) or 2 (green and original).

    If however your roll is white then I'm afraid you do need to syn it.
