Warbutons square wraps

Evening peeps...has anyone got any idea where I stand syn wise with Warburtons Square Wraps ?? I used to make a really scrummy pizza pre SW using one of these as the base. I fancy doing one of these again and include the mozeralla as a H/E but I'm unsure of the syn value of the wrap...any ideas ?? x

They are 8 syns and make a lovely pizza base

By the way, there is a dedicated forum where you can post questions about syn values although it's also worth trying to do a search as you are probably not the first person to want to know, especially if its about the possibility of low syn pizza lol

Hello !!...thanks for that, I'm new to this so just finding my way around at the minute. I did repost in the syn value part of the slimming world forum...hope I'm doing this right it's all a bit baffling at first, however it does apear to be a really good site. Lets hope I don't get thrown off for being dumb LOL !! x
