Thanks guys for your replies, the only thing I am finding is the inconvenience of making them at work, so bringing a hand whisk to work aswell makes it even more difficult!!
Hey slimoncemore!
Thanks for your reply! I can see me taking a trip to Argus tonight!! How much water do you add to make so many hot drinks out of two sachets? x
Woohoo, that was a good guess on my part then, as I chose those flavours last night to make hot shakes with, lol! I have a great stick blender, but unfortunately got it from poor old Woolies so can't recommend it to anyone! I will try your latte idea, sounds yummy!I like the shakes hot too... decided early on that cold shakes in Nov/Dec was not a great plan!!! Butterscotch, toffee & walnut & vanilla are all great hot as well as chocolate. I use a stick blender too, to make it smooth & creamy. Have you tried using half a pack of vanilla, butterscotch or toffee/walnut with a spoonful of coffee to make a gorgeous 'latte' style drink? Yum!

What a great place to live (except for the weather of course ), even lazy me wouldn't mind walking the dog there - it must be much nicer to get healthy somewhere like that, rather than pounding away in some sweaty gym. (After all this is over, you could always become a CDC yourself and make a few pennies! )Jaycey, the only thing next door to me is a herd of sheep.... it's pretty remote! My CDC lives about 15 miles away but she's great as she does home visits. I don't know anyone else who does CD around here - her other clients are quite a way in the other directions, hence me using minis as my support group!
I think a vanilla latte is a great idea for this affy... just back from a brisk dog walk & ready to dig into an afternoon's work. A latte would set me up for that!
