Mornin all..made myself tad negative this mornin and will explain why. Haven't been feeling well which got worse. Ate loads biscuits etc at weekend, got a grip and upped my water and watched my syns tho did get to stage with being unwell that I thought sod it. My mood was rubbish etc. Anyway felt slim on wed so stupidly stupidly stood on scales and had lost 1lb. This is not my wi day. Today is and yes half pound on from last week. Is it my gluttony catching up with me or did drinking more water help on wed? Scales should be left alone and had yet another talkin too by other half. Wouldn't mind half pound if it wasn't for mid week hopefulNess. Argh
