hi all, how much are water flavourings please and where do you buy them? is there a limit to how much you can drink? thanks, getting fed up with plain water lol

not sure about the price maybe £5 - £6 ?? but they go on for an age..
You can only have about 1tsp a day but they are very strong and I know when I have used them in the past, that That did 2 litres of water for me.. they are yummy in sparking water.
You can only get them from your CDC
BTW where in south wales are you?
